Bayo Babatunde is a seasoned business strategist, enterprise development expert, and execution-focused consultant with over 15 years of cross-sector experience spanning business growth leadership, capacity building, and project exection. His work is defined by a strong execution bias, operating at the intersection of strategy, systems, and sustainability to ensure that ideas, policies, and development programs translate into measurable outcomes and long-term impact. through Vistaris, he has led the design and implementation of structured advisory frameworks, enterprise development programs, and incubation systems that enable businesses to scale efficiently within Nigeria’s evolving economic landscape.

Bayo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University and an MBA from the University of the People, Colorado. He has further strengthened his expertise through executive education and certifications from globally recognized institutions, including Harvard Business School, London Business School, Yale University, and Imperial College London, with focus areas in leadership, innovation, business analysis, and coaching. He is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC), Certified Trainer, Facilitator & Coach (TFC), Project Management Professional (PMP), and a SMEDAN/EDC-Certified Business Development Service Provider (BDSP). Over the years, Bayo has designed and delivered large-scale capacity-building and enterprise development initiatives across Nigeria, contributing to national and international programs such as the GIZ ICSS Modular Program, the EDC–Mastercard Foundation Transforming Nigerian Youth (TNY) Project, and SMEDAN’s National MSME Capacity Building Initiatives. He has trained and mentored over 5,000 entrepreneurs, professionals, and youth across diverse sectors, equipping them with the tools to build resilient and growth-oriented enterprises. His experience also extends into digital transformation and systems deployment, where he has led the implementation of technology-driven solutions, including large-scale education management systems and digital literacy initiatives that enable organizations and individuals to participate effectively in the digital economy. Prior to founding Vistaris Advisory Hub, Bayo held senior leadership roles at Evertop Realties, Accello Limited, and Total Risk Managers, where he developed deep expertise in business strategy, operations, and startup incubation. As a facilitator and coach, he is known for a practical, engaging, and results-driven approach, translating complex concepts into actionable strategies that drive real outcomes. Dr. Olaoluwa Bamigboye is an agribusiness expert, enterprise development specialist, and execution-driven consultant with deep expe rience across agricultural value chains, MSME development, and rural enterprise systems. He brings a strong blend of technical expertise, business strategy, and field-level execution in designing and scaling sustainable agribusiness models.

He holds a PhD in International Agribusiness Management, complemented by a Master’s degree in Animal Production and Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science. His academic and professional journey reflects a strong commitment to advancing commercially viable, resilient, and inclusive agricultural systems. Dr. Bamigboye has led and supported multiple high-impact agribusiness and enterprise development initiatives across Nigeria and beyond. His experience spans technical and operational due diligence, value chain development, livestock production systems, and agribusiness advisory for both private sector clients and development programs. He has worked with organizations such as Farrelly & Mitchell (Ghana), Farmcrowdy, and various agricultural enterprises, delivering solutions that improve efficiency, profitability, and scalability. He has also played a key role in training, mentoring, and youth development, facilitating and supporting hundreds of agripreneurs through initiatives such as the Tony Elumelu Foundation, Leap Africa, and other national and international programs. His approach focuses on translating agricultural knowledge into viable business models, equipping participants to build sustainable and market-driven enterprises. At Vistaris Advisory Hub, Dr. Bamigboye leads the design and execution of enterprise development programs. He oversees program implementation, sector interventions, and field operations, ensuring that advisory frameworks translate into tangible economic outcomes for entrepreneurs, cooperatives, and stakeholders. His professional experience includes leading initiatives such as the development of circular livestock feed systems, large-scale livestock sourcing and trading operations, and the establishment of integrated farm models linking production to market. He has also designed sustainable procurement systems that connect smallholder farmers to structured markets, improving productivity and income levels. Dr. Bamigboye is a Certified Business Development Service Provider (BDSP) and has participated in several international and local capacity-building programs, including Erasmus+ (EU-certified), ISO 22000 Food Safety Management Systems training, and agribusiness scale-up programs. He is passionate about leveraging agriculture as a tool for economic transformation, youth empowerment, and food system resilience. Sidiq Sairu Deen is a seasoned management consultant, financial expert, and capacity-building specialist with over 1 tise in MSME advisory, financial systems, and large-scale training program design, with a strong track record of delivering impactful capacity-building initiatives across Nigeria. His professional background is rooted in both finance and development practice, having held key roles in banking and consulting where he led internal audit operations, financial management systems, and enterprise advisory engagements. This dual experience enables him to bridge the gap between financial discipline and business growth, helping entrepreneurs and organizations build structured, compliant, and scalable enterprises.

Sidiq is widely recognized for his work in entrepreneurship development and MSME capacity building. He has played active roles in major national and international programs, including the Enterprise Development Centre (EDC)–Mastercard Foundation Transforming Nigerian Youth (TNY) Project, the GIZ/GOPA SEDIN initiatives, the Bank of Industry (BOI)/NYSC Graduate Entrepreneurship Fund, and the Federal Government’s Youth Entrepreneurship Support Programme (YES-P). Through these engagements, he has trained and mentored thousands of entrepreneurs across diverse sectors, equipping them with the tools to build viable and resilient businesses. At Vistaris Advisory Hub, Sidiq leads the design and delivery of training and capacity-building systems. He oversees curriculum development, facilitator coordination, and quality assurance for all learning interventions, ensuring that training programs are practical, results-driven, and aligned with real market needs. His approach focuses on translating complex business and financial concepts into actionable strategies that participants can immediately apply to improve performance and sustainability.

She brings over seven years of experience supporting entrepreneurs, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving the execution of capacity-building and enterprise development initiatives. With a background in Economics, Jane combines business insight with practical execution capabilities, enabling her to effectively support both revenue growth and operational efficiency. Her experience spans consulting, training coordination, and program implementation, where she has consistently contributed to the delivery of impactful interventions for entrepreneurs and small businesses.

Jane has worked on several development-focused programs, including initiatives supported by GIZ, the Mastercard Foundation, and other ecosystem partners. In these roles, she has coordinated training programs, managed participant engagement, and supported business advisory processes, ensuring seamless delivery and measurable outcomes for MSMEs. At Vistaris Advisory Hub, she leads business development and operations, driving client acquisition, proposal coordination, and internal systems management. She plays a critical role in managing the firm’s engagement pipeline, supporting partnership development, and ensuring that projects are executed efficiently from onboarding through delivery. Ms. Kierian Florence Ejukwa is a detail-oriented administrative and operations professional with demonstrated experience in documentation management, data handling, and organizational support functions. At Vistaris, Florence Kierian serves as the Finance Officer, where she manages a comprehensive suite of fiscal and operational responsibilities. She is primarily responsible for supporting project financial management and maintaining rigorous budget tracking to ensure all initiatives remain within their allocated resources. Her role involves the systematic maintenance of accurate financial records and institutional documentation, ensuring that every transaction is accounted for and filed according to organizational standards.

In addition to record-keeping, she synthesizes financial data to prepare detailed reports and expenditure summaries for executive review.
